We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Downtown San Jose during Cinequest, and it was an excellent experience. I was there with my family, including our baby, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were incredibly friendly and professional, always keeping the conversation open and making sure we had everything we needed. Their care and attention made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect — right in the heart of downtown and easy to reach, which made attending the festival and exploring the city very convenient. Overall, the combination of great service, a prime location, and a welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The surrounding properties were priced significantly higher but there was nothing that made them worth that price that this hotel didn't have. Despite getting in pretty late, the check-in desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was SO spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in, but it checked all of the boxes that we needed for this particular trip.
